Description

Advanced Cardiac Life Support for Experienced Providers (ACLS EP)
Requirements:

EXPERIENCED Registered doctors, nursing staff and advanced and intermediate life support paramedics, with a valid ACLS certificate is a pre-entry requirement.
Duration:

2 Days 8-18h00.
Contents:

Cardiac arrest and peri-arrest conditions eg bradycardias and tachycardias
Acute Coronary Syndromes
Special situations eg drug overdose, trauma, electrocution, drowing, anaphylaxis, asthma, electrolyte imbalances and bloodgasses.

Test:

There is an official exam at the beginning of the course.
Certificate:

On successful completion, each candidate receives a certificate which is valid for 2 years and internationally recognised.

CPD points:

30 CPD (CEU) points which includes 2 ethics points.
